Mold Build
The part’s cost is mostly set before anyone orders steel. Gate, steel, cooling, and whether the tool even belongs on this volume — those choices sit in the piece price for the life of the program.
We do not “analyze the drawing.” We open the CAD for fill, pack, warp, and the features that fail the next station. Moldflow and a digital model are useful when the part has thin walls, long flow, glass fill, or a CTQ that will not survive a guess. They are a waste when the geometry is simple and the volume is low.
A tool is not robust because a simulation looks green. It is robust when T1 matches the drawing and the daily rate the line already promised.
Our Core Molding Solutions
We provide professional, simple, and efficient molding solutions to improve production and reduce costs.
-
01
Stack Molds
Stack molds combine multiple layers to double or triple production output without larger machines or higher clamping force.
We design multi-level stack molds that can produce different parts in one single molding cycle.
-
02
Gas-Assist Molds
Gas-assisted molding creates hollow channels in thick areas to save material and reduce part weight.
It also reduces warping, sink marks and internal stress for more stable and high-quality parts.
-
03
Unscrewing Cores
Unscrewing molds rotate cores to form internal or external threads automatically before mold opening.
We customize rotation and core length to match your exact thread requirements.
-
04
High Cavitation Molds
High cavitation molds produce more parts per cycle to lower unit cost and improve efficiency.
Balanced design ensures consistent filling, cooling and quality across all cavities.
-
05
Conformal Cooling
Conformal cooling channels follow mold shape for even temperature and faster cooling.
This shortens cycle time, improves part stability and delivers better surface finish.
