At Deuchi Plastic we get involved before steel is cut. DFM first: wall, gate, tolerance, and whether the part even belongs in a mold.
If it does, we build the tool and run production — BMC, SMC, or thermoplastic injection — then the operations the next station actually needs: inserts, assembly, machining when volume is too low to tool.
Inspection is for the features that fail assembly or safety, not a stack of pretty CMM pages. If molding is the wrong process, we say so before you buy the mold.
