Housings, brackets, knobs, and cabin plastics for cars and motorcycles. Typical categories, not a stocked catalog. The work is the same as our electrical and HMI programs: DFM before steel, the mold cut in-house, then the process the drawing actually needs.

Thermoplastic injection for most of it. BMC or SMC when heat and insulation come first. Insert and overmold when metal or a soft grip belongs in the part. If molding is the wrong process, we say so before you buy the tool.

Typical part families

These are the shapes that usually fit our presses and materials. Send the STEP and the environment. We will name the process, or tell you not to cut steel.

Housings
Covers and shells for modules, switches, and small power parts. Wall, seal lands, and heat or flame notes belong on the drawing, not in a later email.
Brackets
Clips, mounts, and supports. Flatness and boss strength matter more than a resin abbreviation. We hold the features that fail the next station.
Knobs and controls
Faces, buttons, and grips. Same work as industrial HMI: wear, oil, and a surface that still feels right after cycles. Overmold when a soft shot is on the print.
Cabin and under-hood plastics
Interior parts and heat-adjacent covers. ABS, PC, PA, POM, PP, or filled grades. BMC or SMC when insulation and heat beat a commodity thermoplastic.

How a program runs here

Deuchi Plastic is a custom molder in Yueqing. ISO 9001. In-house mold build after DFM. Production on Haitian presses, 90-250 t. We are not a separate automotive line. If the part fits this shop, we quote it on the same path as an enclosure or an operator control.

Secondary work only when the next station needs it: inserts, finishing, assembly, or machining when annual volume cannot pay for a mold. Inspection is for the CTQs that fail fit or safety.
