Automotive plastic injection molding for OEMs is not a brochure category — it is housings, brackets, connectors, knobs, and cabin or under-hood covers that must fit the next station. Deuchi Plastic molds these shapes in Yueqing on the same path as our electrical and HMI programs: DFM before steel, mold cut in-house, then the process the drawing actually needs.
We are not a separate IATF automotive plant. If the part fits a 90–250 t Haitian cell and our materials envelope, we quote it. If it needs a dedicated auto line or certifications we do not hold, we say so before you buy the tool.
Start from the application page: automotive & motorcycle parts.
Part families that usually fit this shop
- Module and switch housings
- Brackets, clips, and mounts
- Knobs, faces, and operator controls
- Cabin plastics and heat-adjacent covers
- Connector shells and small power parts

What buyers should lock before RFQ
| Lock | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Environment | Cabin vs under-hood vs harness bay changes resin and flame notes |
| CTQs for assembly | Snap covers, seal lands, and boss strength fail the line — not the CMM slide |
| Annual volume | Decides aluminum vs steel and cavity count |
| Secondary work | Inserts, overmold, finishing — only when the next station needs it |
Use our DFM review checklist before steel. For resin family choices see material selection.
