How a program runs

You are not buying a machine list. You are buying a decision before steel: mold, BMC or SMC, thermoplastic injection, or machining if volume cannot pay for a tool. After that we run the process we named — secondary ops only when the next station needs them. Updates are dates and blockers, not “no problem.”

From a live program

An LV electrical OEM moved a fuse housing from hand assembly to a robot line. The cover would not close. We recut the spring groove and held it to 0.01 mm. The cell hit 8,000 pieces a day. We did not rewrite their line. We changed the part so the line could run.

What you leave with

Not “a partner.” A named process, a named CTQ, and a daily rate the next station can hold.

• A process call, in writing

  DFM before the tooling PO: mold, compound, or machine. Including when we tell you not to cut steel.

• Tool and shot on one program

  Mold build and production under the same quality plan. Steel, resin or BMC, and the features that fail assembly stay on one drawing.

• Ops the station needs

  Inserts, assembly, kitting — or CNC when annual volume cannot amortize a mold. We do not add steps to look complete.

• Dates, not mood

  T0 / T1, first article, and the daily rate. If a blocker shows up, you get the blocker — not a status slide.
